Make it stand out.

  • The public library in my beloved community has always been the center of 89Blocks. The library is where reunions are had, strangers meet, answers are found, solutions are created and keys unlock doors of curiosity, achievement, brilliance, intellectualism, greatness, goodness and creativity. We stay 89Blocks is the city of champions, but I would say the library is where liberation is found and evolution is cultivated!

  • The East St. Louis Public Library is very accessible. I used it to tutor students. The hours of operation are very convenient. The library is spacious and well lighted. There are computers, books, and librarians to help whenever needed. I Like bringing children to the library!
